All outputs from TuroTruth are scenario estimates only. They are based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions embedded in the calculation model. Actual results will vary — potentially significantly — based on market conditions, vehicle-specific factors, Turo platform policies, your personal tax situation, and other variables outside our control.
TuroTruth does not provide:
Any reference to tax benefits (e.g., Section 179 deductions, depreciation) in the “Depreciation & Tax Planning Scenario” is an illustrative scenario only. Eligibility for tax deductions depends on your specific business use percentage, entity structure, tax year, and applicable IRS regulations. Consult a licensed CPA before claiming any deductions.
Turo host earnings, platform fees, and protection plan terms are subject to change by Turo at any time without notice to TuroTruth. We are not affiliated with Turo, Inc.

The Pro plan is a one-time payment of $29 USD per deal report, processed via LemonSqueezy. Upon successful payment, Pro features are unlocked for the current deal session.
Refund policy: If TuroTruth Pro does not help your decision-making process, email us at support@turotruth.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All payments are subject to LemonSqueezy's payment terms. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
The TuroTruth name, logo, design, and underlying calculation models are the intellectual property of TuroTruth. The scenario reports and PDF outputs you generate are yours to use for personal or business decision-making. You may not sell or redistribute TuroTruth-generated reports as a standalone commercial product.
When you create a shared deal link, that link and its contents are publicly accessible. Do not include sensitive personal financial information in shared deals. Shared deal data is stored for up to 7 days and then deleted automatically. We are not responsible for any consequences of publicly sharing your deal scenario data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuroTruth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes any financial losses resulting from reliance on scenario estimates produced by the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
